A voter sought help from Malaybalay volunteers of the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting in the morning of May 12 for his failure to vote.
He reported that his name could not be found in the voters’ list. Without revealing the his name, volunteer Maria Cortez S. Mellomida told BukidnonNews.Net the name of the voter’s father, who has already died, was the one retained on the list.
PPCRV referred him to Comelec Malaybalay City. However, he was only given confirmation that indeed his name is not on the list, falling short of resolving the problem.
