To mark a significant milestone in elderly care, the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) inaugurated its first Senior Citizens Community Care Center (SC3C) in Malaybalay City on October 23. This groundbreaking facility is the first in Mindanao and one of only three SC3Cs nationwide.
