Local artist Erlow D. Talatala features his “Nothing” artwork in his Facebook post in time for Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026. The painting in oil on canvas, is a 67 cm X 84 cm work completed in 2023.

The artist describes: “On the Sunday after the Crucifixion, Mary Magdalene discovered that the tomb of Jesus was empty, there was nothing inside.

The empty tomb however, points us to Jesus’ resurrection. It symbolized victory over death, our very own hope for eternity.

And as the common saying goes, ” Nothing is Forever!”.
