Vice Gov. Clive D. Quiño presides during the 2nd session of the 27th Sangguniang Panlalawigan on July 12, 2022. During the session, Engr. Jesrel B. Mangubat, Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator, also informed the provincial board members that a total of 462 out of 612 identified programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) are already functional in the Provincial Government of Bukidnon, in line with the implementation of the Devolution Transition Plan (DTP) based on Executive Order 138, s. 2021 of Presidente Rodrigo Duterte. The EO directed to ensure efficient implementation of the Supreme Court Ruling on the Mandanas-Garcia case to strengthen local autonomy by devolving functions from the executive branch to the local government units.
