Bae Inatlawan Adelina Docenos Tarino of the Bukidnon-Daraghuyan community introduces their coffee products as one of the best in the Philippines. In 2017, the community’s Inhandig Coffee won the Kape Pilipino Green Coffee Quality Competition in the Arabica category.

The coffee gets its name from Sitio Inhandig where the coffee plantation is located in upland Dalwangan, Malaybalay City. It is namesake also to their cooperative, Inhandig Tribal Multi-purpose Cooperative.

The community runs its own coffee processing machine and dryer with the help of many agencies.

Now they are working together to create their own warehouse to stock their coffee products.

Community elders believe that they produce the best coffee through their strong cultural practices, their rituals and prayers and the will of the guardians of their territory.
